Sick Twisted Short Film

Looking for this mind-bending animated short film I saw a couple years ago.
2D hand-drawn animated short film. A guy walking around a small square room. His chest has a square hole in it which contains the same small room, including a small version of him who is walking around doing all the same things he is doing.
He looks into his chest and sees the little him (who is looking into *his* chest looking at the little little him) and reaches inside his chest and a giant hand enters his room and you realize that it is a bizarre loop of a thing. I think he pulls himself out of his room and some crazy shit happens. Possibly featured as part of Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted festival of animation.
