Name that album cover: Smiling family of four at the dinner table...

CD Art Filter: I was asked by a friend to identify the artist and album based on a descirption of the CD art. Can you help?

The description is as follows: "A smiling family of four are sitting around a kitchen table. They are staring at a black obelisk object in the center of the table. There is window in the background and through the window you can see a boat marina."

Any thoughts? I immediately thought of KISS My Ass: Classic KISS Regrooved, but it doesn't really match the smiling, obelisk, or boat marina criteria.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
