Song from CSI trailer

I'm trying to find the name of the song they play on the trailer for next weeks (Jan. 4th) episode of CSI.

I keep seeing the trailer for next weeks CSI but I can't seem to find the song that is playing during the commercial. Any ideas? I could just wait until it aires but I figured I could get it before then.

Went to the CBS website, launched the horrid video player, tried to pick out the lyrics to the song in the second half of the trailer, and hit Google.

Is it "9 Crimes" by Damien Rice from the new album "9"? Here's an iTunes link. There's an official video for the song, too. I'm confident it's the song in the trailer on the CBS site, but I don't know if it's the song you heard on TV.
