What is the electronic/techno song from the unnarrated Ask.com commercial?

Name that (commercial) tune! Ask.com is currently running a television ad that features no spoken script. The ad begins "Why is Ask.com the fastest-growing search engine?" in white text against a red background, and the ad continues with snippets of newspaper reviews, etc. There is an electronic/techno background soundtrack. What song is playing, and is it available for purchase?

According to adtunes, the song is Water babies by William Orbit, found on the "strange cargo" series of albums (whatever that means).

Well, not exactly. Over in the Adtunes.com forum they are speculating that it is by William Orbit, but it doesn't seem like a definitive answer yet. This may also be where that Google Answers thread got the same information from.
