There's an app for that! Is there, really?

I just switched to iOS. My most used Android app, Bundled Notes, is not available for iOS. What's the closest equivalent that will work on iOS and MacOS (or via a web interface on the computer)? Details inside.

I keep short lists of my customers' purchases so I can get them ready for curbside pickup. Like this:

TOM SMITH
Item one
Item two
etc.

ZEV THOMPSON
Item one

ETC

I literally have hundreds at any given time.

Each of these lists are separate and can be edited or deleted without affecting the others. They are sorted alphabetically by the FIRST LINE (title) and NOT by date created/altered.

Then, when someone books a pickup, I open their note and assign it to a schedule so that I get a reminder the morning they're coming so I can prep the order.

Once they pickup, I delete (or archive) the note.

What iOS app will do all of this that also has a web or MacOS version that syncs to the app?

Thanks!

iOS has a Notes app built in.

Each note is entered one at a time and can be sorted by date or alphabetically. You switch the order in settings.

That should meet your needs!

Sounds like Asana. Each client would be a project. It has a good calendar function that sounds like you would be able to use that way, and it allows alphabetical display.

The built-in Notes app will mostly do what you want except the scheduling thing- but Apple has made it possible to add actions to the “Share Sheet” that’s ubiquitous in their apps and that may bridge that gap for you!

Yep, if you have the Reminders app on the share sheet, you can share the note with that app and have it create a reminder tied to that note. You can set date/time, tags etc for the reminder as it is being created.

Bundled Notes apparently is in development for iOS and has a web version, so not sure if you can hold out long enough to wait for that or not.

Otherwise yes the Notes app is quite good for what it is. Bear is another very good notes app that syncs between macOS and iOS.
