Does my perfect weather app exist?

I don't hate the new Apple Weather application, but I don't love how it presents humidity data. Is there any application that does what I'm looking for?
Here on the East Coast of the U.S., I want to see the dewpoint displayed as, or almost as, prominently as the temperature, and to have some indication of the highs and lows for each on a given day. I like dewpoint because it's a nice, temperature-independent number that indicates "how much moisture is in the air," and therefore "how sweaty I will be after being outside"; relative humidity and "real feel" temps don't convey that information as effectively to me.
I'm looking for something that supports all Apple devices (phone, watch, tablet), and ideally natively supports multiple languages besides English. Other features are nice, to make this app a one-stop shop, but they aren't necessary because I'll still have the Apple app on the phone when I need radar or alerts. Cost is a consideration but not a deal-breaker.
(I'm open to using Carrot, despite the English-only interface, if you use it and think it's amazing. However, how annoying is the editorial voice?)

I just looked at the default weather app on my iPhone and Apple Watch, and they both display the dew point immediately below the relative humidity. It's in smaller type, but it doesn't require any extra interaction to get to it.

You can turn off the editorial voice in Carrot. In Settings > General > Personality, you can set it to Professional. Just in case you’re otherwise happy with Carrot.

I know it’s not an app, but I highly recommend the customizable 10 day forecast view of Wunderground…

If you can handle profanity - or turn it off in the settings - I rely on WTForecast.
