What song did I hear the outro of?

Because it’ll bug me all day if I can’t figure it out! While driving I switched radio stations to live105 (Bay area indie rock station) I caught the last three chords of a song I know well, but I can’t tell what it is.

The chord progression seemed to be I-> III->II, and it is almost certainly late 90s /2000s-ish. Sounds like it could have been Foo Fighters or something in that style.

I think I answered my own question just by asking it. I’m 99% sure it’s Learn to Fly by Foo fighters
