What is some good music that contains both synthesizers and a horn section?

Some '80s Genesis and Phil Collins tracks feature the Earth Wind & Fire horn section, and you'll certainly find plenty of synths on that, too. E.g. No Reply at All.

Stereolab - Miss Modular
Stereolab has a lot of this in general, and a lot of it on the Dots and Loops album in particular.

Jaga Jazzist are fantastic and are quite horn/synth heavy!
