Drunk Magic (French animated movie)

A while ago I saw a clip going around Twitter from a French animated film where a woman (I think), roaring drunk, performed some possibly-alchemical magic. I remember was that the animation was gorgeous and anime-inspired; the main character might have had a short name. I believe the film was within the past 10 years and based on a longer work, like a comic or TV series. This has been bothering me for months. Does this sound familiar?

This is kind of a shot in the dark but might it be W.I.T.C.H.? I haven't seen it, but it seems like it ticks some of your boxes.

Could it have been a scene from The Illusionist (2010)? It fits the bill of being a gorgeously-animated French film about maybe real magic in the past decade.

Response by poster: So, I asked around (I cannot overstate how much this was bothering me) and I finally identified it as Dofus - Livre 1: Julith (2015). I couldn't find the full clip of what I saw, but I did find most of the scene here.
