Millenium TV series music identification -- what piece is this?

My friend is trying to figure out what this music from the episode "The Curst Of Frank Black" from the second season of the ill fated show Millenium is. Here's a link to an MP3

Mark Snow is the composer.

It's not Mark Snow -- this is an arrangement of a simple piano piece/etude by a late Baroque - early romantic composer... I think. I thought that I knew this, and then realized (after clicking reply) that I don't. Is it Brahms? Shoot. I'll be awaiting the correct answer as well.

From that thread:

"It is Mark Snow's work, but it's based largely on a piece by Handel, specifically the Sarabande from his Suite for Keyboard number 4 in D minor.
Another interesting tidbit. This same Sarabande was used as the main theme for the film Barry Lyndon."
