Simpsons Performing In Red and White Stripes?

I am trying to find a scene from The Simpsons, where the whole (or most of the) family is performing a song and dance number in red-and-white striped outfits with vests, that sparkle. They also do that heavy-breathing thing while they stand motionless with their arms out after finishing, which I don't know what to call and is a trope the writers have used at least a few times throughout the series.

This is NOT The Simpsons Family Smile-Time Variety Hour with Fake Lisa. In that, they wear blue outfits with red, white, and blue stars. Nor is this episode where the family dresses up in red, white, and blue stripes to perform at Alcatraz after Bill Clinton stuffs 100 cigarettes in his mouth in the prison talent show.

Please help a Simpsons obsessive out! Very much appreciated.

If you don’t get an answer here, you may want to pose this to (other) places where Simpsons obsessives are likely to be found (beyond MeFi) — perhaps to the fans/hosts of popular Simpsons podcasts like Talking Simpsons or Everything’s Coming up Simpsons via Twitter? Just a thought.

Frinkiac is functionally (among other things) a quick way to search any line from any Simpsons episode ever. So if you can recall any distinct line of song or dialogue (even partial!) that might be a way of getting at your answer.

Could it be the end credits to Treehouse of Horrors V?

Response by poster: rollick! I love that one! Alas, they are inside-out and wearing no stripes whatsoever.

This sounds like the monorail episode?

To piggy-back on what churl recommended, browse the episode summaries on simspsonsarchive.com and see if anything rings a bell. Click through to get some dialog and then search on Frinkiac for it.

I was trying to think of what this was, because I could picture it in my head, but in the end the closest thing I could find (red stripes, sparklers but not sparkles, Police Squad!-style standing still gag) was the Uncle Moe bits of Bart Sells His Soul.
