Quiet restaurant/pub with vegan options near St. Lawrence Market (TO)?

I want to have a series of conversations next week in a quiet restaurant (no loud music or background noise) which has at least a couple of decent vegan options on the menu. I'm hoping for something in the St. Lawrence area of Toronto, or, failing that, Corktown or downtown would be good. The group would be 3-5 people. Someplace with entrees under $30; $10-15 entrees best. Any suggestions?

I don't eat raw but Cruda is supposed to be pretty good and its in the basement of St Lawerence Market. http://www.happycow.net/reviews/cruda-cafe-toronto-20275

B.Good on Front will have vegan options -- they're quite casual but have a good amount of seating. I've only been there for dinner but it didn't seem too loud.

Evolution Food Co. on Market Street is tasty as well, but not as much seating (basically all high tops, though there is one long bar table).

Sabai Sabai is maybe a little too far north for you at Church & Dundas, but is consistently delicious. They have a full vegan lunch menu (as well as an omni one), and their Morning Glory is to die for.
