Chicago bachelor party ideas near Wrigley Field?

I'm planning a bachelor party for ~7 people in Chicago. The main event will be going to a Cub-White Sox game.

I've heard Wrigley Stadium is under construction and messy this year, so I'm thinking of trying one of the rooftop clubs. Which of these rooftop clubs is the best bang for the buck? Or should I stick with going inside?

Afterwards, we'll go bar hopping around town, with an eye to meandering towards Headquarters Beercade. Are there any particular bars or activities that'd be good for a bachelor party within walking distance? Anything good for a late-nite snack?

Go Wrigley. Rooftops are too expensive for everyone.

Just walk down from Wrigley to Beercade on Clark to Sheffield.

I went to a Bachelor Party this past year at Wrigley and we loved hanging out at Sheffields, a beer garden that's halfway between Beercade and Wrigley. Cubby Bear (batting cages!) is probably more of a bachelor party bar, though.

It's true that Wrigley Field is a hot mess right now with construction, and they're not sure when they're going to be done, but I'm thinking they'll at least have the bathroom situation sorted out by the time July rolls around. All the games are afternoon games for the Crosstown Classic this year - so yes, I'm going to say that Headquarters is a great idea for post-game. They do have some food there, but it's bar food. There's another bar near to there called Matilda that has muuuuuch better food. Their steak salad is superb and their tap list is great too, but if your group is a big bunch of loud drunk bros, you might not fit in. (No shade intended!) Another cool walking-distance-from-Wrigley option is Guthrie's, which has a wall of board games if that's your thing. For late night food, it's hard to beat Clark Dog, which is open until 3am and will give you lots of greasy foods to soak up your day's libations. I see a lot of bachelor parties roll through there.

The one demand I made for my own bachelor party was to go to Kingston Mines.
