Help! Setting up an Obeya - any resources to get started?

I have been given the responsibility to set up an Obeya for one of the product lines for a Fortune 50 manufacturing company. I am having trouble locating resources to help me get started. Can anyone point me in the direction of good resources or share any experience with setting up an Obeya? I need help! Thanks!

Have you checked out LeanUK.org? They have some useful starter info in PDF form (also search for it spelled "oobeya"). I could've sworn the book Getting the Right Things Done had info on this as well, but I can't find my copy, and an online search makes it seem like they don't mention it.
