Name that Cult-of-Personality?

What is the cult-like communist organization based in possibly (but not definitely) Chicago which has a fairly slick newspaper (but isn't "Socialist Worker") operation featuring inspiring words from a "dear leader" type with a neatly trimmed beard?

Response by poster: Bob Avakian and the Revolutionary Communists it is! I don't know why I couldn't remember them...

I have always remembered them because I read an anecdote in a zine once about how someone thought their leader's name was "Babavakian" - like Joe Babavakian or something - and that he was from the USSR or the Eastern Bloc somewhere. Apparently this is because RCP members always refer to him by his full name.

I met a nice woman from the RCP at a conference once - a lawyer. She had sort of a diffident personality, though, and that gave me the sense that the whole RCP thing was about bolstering the courage of her convictions.
