Looking for a Toronto seamstress.

Looking for a good, affordable seamstress/ tailor/ dressmaker in Toronto to take in, and possibly reproduce, an adored dress.
The other post on this topic is from 2008, so I didn't think it would still be relevant.
I have a dress that I absolutely adore. It's brand new, it's beautiful, and it's 4 sizes too big. I've already spent almost $70 on this dress after shipping and tax. I need it taken in, and I don't want to take it to a poor-quality tailor and have it ruined.
If possible, I'd really like to find someone who could also make me another dress in the same style.
I live north of Bloor and far enough east that I'm just barely in Scarborough. Ideally I would like to find someone nearby, but I work downtown so that's fine too.
Thanks!

Oh, and I should add, we were all very happy with the work (as the reviews in the link can attest).
