Sheet music for the song "Vine Street" by Randy Newman / Van Dyke Parks / Harry Nilsson

I'm looking for sheet music of the song "Vine Street," written by Randy Newman and covered by Van Dyke Parks and Harry Nilsson. I've scoured the internet and come up empty.
According to this page on multimania.fr (warning, has those annoying jiggling ads), the sheet music for this song appeared in print twice, once in "Nilsson Sings Newman" (1973) for its eponymous album, and again in "Words and Songs by Randy Newman" (1975), which looks like it might be only a songbook with lyrics/chords, not entirely sure. Ideally I'd like to be able to get this digitally, but I would settle for an online used sheet music store via snail-mail if such a thing exists.
I'm not averse to paying for it, though if there was something like the late library.nu for out-of-print sheet music that would be incredible.
