Artist who made a fascinating scrolling-LED exhibit

Looking for the artist name and exhibit info about a piece I saw at the Tate Modern in London about 2005. It was a scrolling-LED that displayed continuously changing,thought-provoking short quips.

A name would help. A link to the actual quotations would be awesome. I've thought about it many times since then, and I'd like to get to know the artist.

Response by poster: looks likely, but the exhibit I saw was a lot simpler than that. It was just hanging over a doorway, non-descript. Although maybe it is an earlier idea of hers.

The Twitter account is actually an imposter but Holzer doesn't appear to mind.
