Where can I buy records or tapes in Kigali, Rwanda (or nearby)?

Hopefully you'll get a much more precise answer than this, but I bought tapes a few years ago by just wandering around Kigali until I spotted a mix tape/CD store/shack.

If you don't get that precise answer here, try searching or asking at the kigalilife yahoo group (basically Rwanda's craigslist), or contacting one of Rwanda's bloggers. Just do a google blog search for kigali music and see who's currently posting in music/arts related fields - this guy might be a good start.
