Looking for materials to use in a nonprofit social media training

I'm looking for materials that can be used to help train people how to best use social media to help nonprofits engage the community.

A nonprofit I'm volunteering for wants to set up a training program to help train volunteers in nonprofit social media best practices and then send them to help other organizations. So, an incubator of sorts.

So, I've been tasked with looking at how such a program would be set up and to get materials we can use to help train these volunteers. Any sites or links to helpful books would be a great help.
