French movie series with friends on holiday

Please identify a French movie series about vacationing friends.

My understanding is that there are multiple movies in which the same group of friends goes on different trips. I saw a scene from a movie in this series: they seem to be somewhere cold. A local has them drink moonshine from a bottle with a frog in it, which makes them turn red, cough, etc.

I also know that one of the male characters is a charmer and one wants to be but has no luck.

I'd be interested in the name of that movie, but more interested in the name of the whole series or of other movies in this series. Thanks!

Best answer: Definitely Les Bronzés. The four main players come from a group called Le Splendid, and between them have appeared in most of the major French comedies since the 1980s.

Best answer: The first of this series was up on Hulu for free a while ago...probably still is.
