How to view the BSG Resistance webisodes?

What are my options for finding/viewing the Battlestar Galactica "Resistance" webisodes?
I'm living abroad so things like hulu or any sort of streaming video (netflix, amazon ondemand, etc) is a no-go. So, are they included on any particular DVD of the series as a special feature or available for download anywhere on the interwebs (legitimate source or no!)? I do have the option of having someone buy something for me in the US and bring it down here in the near future, but I'm most interested in viewing them for cheap or free!!
