What's the best way to get a good deal on a non-stolen PlayStation 3? New or used.

I'd follow Deal News or some other deals site for a few weeks. Also, stop by a GameStop or other game shop to check prices for refurbs or used units. Trading in games or consoles you don't want any longer can bring the price down.
