Help me find a specific essay/blog post about working and productivity.
I came across an essay/blog post a little while ago about working. I'm going to paraphrase very loosely here, but it was about what "the work" was and was not. Example: "The work is not telling people about your idea. The work is not drawing up product roadmaps. The work is..." I want to say that it had some sort of Merlin Mann association (he either wrote it or linked to it) but my Google Fu is failing me. Does this strike a chord with anyone who may have a link to it? Thanks!

Response by poster: Seth Godin is a great suggestion -- but my search string of "the work is not" "seth godin" or common variations isn't turning anything up.
