Therapist in the Twin Cities

Looking for a therapist in the Twin Cities area. Specifics inside.
My insurance no longer covers my wonderful, long-term therapist, and - even with a discounted rate - I can't afford to pay her out-of-pocket. I need a new therapist who fits these guidelines:
1. Takes HealthPartners.
2. Located in South Mpls, south suburbs (Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Richfield, Eagan, etc) or St. Paul.
3. Not a huge medication pusher. (I don't mind if she's pro-medication...just don't want someone who lives and dies by meds.)
4. Preferably female, but willing to make an exception for a great therapist.
Other bits that might be helpful: I'm an atheist, so someone who integrates religion into the therapy probably wouldn't work for me. My main issues are anxiety and depression.
I've been in and out of therapy most of my life, and am now mostly able to deal with my particular brain kerfluffles but talk therapy keeps me stable. I appreciate any suggestions, and feel free to me-mail me if needed! Thanks.

Best answer: Huh, small world. I'll second COBRA!'s recommendation. And according to his link, she does take Health Partners.
