St. Paul therapists?

Can you suggest a therapist in or near St. Paul, MN?
Deciding that I need therapy is kind of a big decision. I have never been to therapy and I'm not sure where to start in the big list of providers covered by my insurance company. I think if I had somewhere concrete to start, that would be a big help.
I'm a mid-twenties female looking for some general "quarter-life crisis" anxiety-stress therapy.
I'm looking for recommendations for individual therapists near Highland Park, Mac-Groveland, Merriam Park, or West St. Paul, though if you really adore your therapist and s/he lives in Minneapolis I'm open to that too.
