Where can I find this song?

Looking for a song I heard in a commercial today... "Hold On" in the Healthtex advertisement.

i heard a song in a Healthtex baby clothing commercial today.
with a little searching it seems that it is called Hold On and was written for the commercial, by a couple of the guys from They Might Be Giants.

The little bit i hear sounds remarkably like "the World Spins Madly On" by the Weepies.

Can anyone confirm a connection?
I can't seem to find any where to get the song as an Mp3 can any one help me with that?

I think Dan Miller is TMBG's producer, which probably confuses things a bit.
