Help three old girlfriends find a weekend getaway in the Washington DC area.

I want to get together with some college friends for a weekend retreat in the general Washinton DC area, preferably spa, hiking, healthy eating, smaller resort-type holiday. Help me oh hive mind.

Berkeley Springs, WV might fit the bill.

Nthing Berkeley Springs. I think Coolfont is closed for renovation until 2010, but don't let that stop you!

I also like Berkeley Springs. It's close, charming and pretty cheap.

Massanutten Resort, 2 hours south of DC in Virginia. Beautiful mountains, hiking, pools, golf, spa on premises, smaller resort, reasonable prices.
