I've searched and searched, and can't find an answer to this simple question: What was the last year in which McDonalds used the "two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame seed bun" jingle in a commercial?

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twoallbeefpattiesspecialsaucelettucecheesepicklesonionsonasesameseedbun it was revived in 2003.

Yeah, but I'm trying to figure out if someone who is 17 this year would be old enough to remember it, barring the recent revival. A random quest, I'm sure, but I'm obsessed now.
