Outline format in Pages '08?

How do I make an outline in Pages '08?

I'm trying to make the basic (I., A., 1.) sort of outline. Attempting to use inspector to make a list, but all I can do is make the first level and move it around. I'm unable to make sub -points show up at all.

I did look at Pages 3.0 help, but I'm either not understanding some important bit, or it's not helping.

OK, I just figured it out:

go to paragraph styles, choose "Harvard". Type whatever. Hit enter, then Tab to get the "A" for the sub point.
