Who has sampled Skream's Stagger?

I was listening to the Skream! album for the first time today and thought I'd heard the song Stagger before, recently, only with (continuous) vocals and I can't remember where. Any ideas?

The song is here in the hope someone recognises only the thing sampling it.

The vocal snippets toward the beginning sound a little bit like Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace.
