Notifylist troubleshooting

Has anyone used notifylist to manage email lists? I've used it for a small number of people and seemed to work fine. But now, I have about 90 people signed up and none of the group messages seem to go through.

i have 3000 people on my notifylist. it's occasionally cranky, but mostly reliable.
