Who is that masked man?

Where can I find / how can I make a Venice-style Carnival costume in the Chicago area by Friday evening?
Ideally, something which will cover my whole face and head. $300 would be the hard maximum to spend, and far less is better. Also it doesn't have to be authentic in any sense of the word, though I do like the whole mask/three corner hat/cloak thing.
Also other advice on showing up at a party incognito would be welcome. I am invited, its in a public place, and recent events make me want to disclaim that this is not for any evil purpose. I just don't want to be known for a while, and someone showing up at this event in an outrageous costume would not be considered extremely unusual behavior, and would in fact be considered entertaining.

These folks in my neighborhood specialize in masks. They will know what you mean by Venice Carnival. They've got more stuff in their storefront window than they have online, but I don't know if that means they have it for sale. I pass by all the time and wonder about who would want such a specialized service, and now I know.
