Ladies In the Front...

What song is this? I was walking behind two teenage African-American girls one day and overheard them singing a song. I didn't catch all of the words but it contained parts that went something like "Ladies in the front, let me [see/hear] you [blank]" Ladies in the middle let me [hear/see] you [blank]" Ladies in the back ... etc."

It sounded like one of those songs that get everyone involved on the dance floor complete with shouting back responses etc.

What is the name of the song and who sings it? It's driving me crazy!!

The lyrics to that song are:
Fellas in the front Let me hear you grunt

But I've also heard something similar used by cheerleaders.
