Hassling the Hoff in Swedish

Please help with this Swedish to English translation.

My friends wacky mash-up video of David Hasselhoff Vs. Boards of Canada has been making the rounds and just got a little mention on a Swedish website... but all the online translators aren't providing a very clear translation. Can any of you humans tell us what it actually says? Here's the text:

Den här videon är... Nej, jag finner inte de rätta orden. Videon finns, så mycket är jag säker på. Men är den det bästa eller det sämsta någonsin? Titta, lyssna och avgör själv.

Best answer: This video is...No, I can't find the right words. The video is [probably a coloquialsim], that much I am certain of. But is it the best or the worst ever? Watch, listen and decide for yourself.

finns probably translates better to 'exists' rather than 'is', in this case. I think there's a better word but you get the idea.

Yes, it "Videon finns, ..." should be "The video exists, ...". That sentence is quite weird in context of the beginning and that they link to the video, but the translation is correct (i.e. it's a bit weird in Swedish as well).
