Looking for a song artist name (may be Sanseverino) and/or translation and/or original French lyrics...

I believe the song is called St. Vincent and it *may* be sung by Sanseverino, but I am not sure. I am looking for either the artist name, the French lyrics, or an English translation. Here are some random lines from the song (loosely translated):

It's a little unpractical
It's the lonely road. (C'est la rue que dit tout seul?)
...in the water/St. Vincent plays with the world
...the door, it goes. I want to go out again.
and the eyes are long (tired/bored)
the leaf of a tree... and, if our lives...it's clear...in a harmony...
a poet, but the artists—St. Vincent doesn't exist, that's how mine/it goes

I can translate it, I just needed either the french or english, or artist name...and now I have them all! Thank you thank you.
