Where can I find extraordinarily good sugarless dark chocolate? (Extra points if it's imported; my Designated Chocolate Recipient has strong opinions regarding domestic chocolate).

I believe Domori has a line that fits the bill, can't remember which line. Cruise around their site to see. (If anything displays in Italian, click the little UK flag in the top bar for English.)

this is almost exactly what the internet was created for

Ok - found it. There are a few.
Domori Cru 100%, available in different crus (like different kinds of coffee)
Domori Black Line, Puro
Domori Style Line, 100%
Domori Chacao Organic, Puro

Gourmet stores in the US often carry Domori stuff. (I'm not at all an expert; I just like their chocolate and I know they are super-serious about all details of its production.)

The Guylian chocolate is sweetened with a different sweetener than sugar. The Domori ones aren't. Not clear which of these options you're looking for.

Chuao has some rather good dark chocolates which are available in sugar free versions (the founders' father is a diabetic).

Try ah! some chocolates. They do have sugar. HOWEVER, it looks like you might be able to make a request for some sugar free ones - kinda made-to-order stuff.
