Cost of building a tennis court?

Not that I even own a house yet much less have the disposable income to built a court, but my question is:

How much does it cost to build a decent residential tennis court?

How much does it cost to build a minimally nice court?

Not talking grass or clay or anything too snazzy. Assuming the land is already clear and relatively flat.

Response by poster: And I'm talking about the cost of hiring people for all the work, too. Not a project for myself.

Best answer: According to this: http://www.accuratetennis.com/acryliccourt.html between $18 and $40k.

If it helps, when my parents built their pool, they were debating between it and a tennis court. Obviously, its a pricey venture. Though, one would expect a tennis court would be cheaper...at least the maintennace is.
