Who's this actor? It's on the tip of my tongue, and I can't remember his name. I know I've seen him in a few things, but this is from a reality show where he's not credited.
It was for almost a decade ago, so he definitely is younger than I remember him, but man it's driving me crazy.

I've seen him most recently in Loot, on Apple TV.
