I cropped your first image and did a google lens search - nothing is showing as a direct match. It looks like a handmade quilted jacket to me, of which there are many many unique ones on the internet, nothing that looks quite like this one though!

If you can find the costume designer on Instagram, they're often a bit under-appreciated and might be thrilled to get a DM.

I think the style of pattern is 'navajo blanket' -- I don't think this is actually a navajo blanket jacket, but with a print pattern to look like one, which should help narrow your search.

I can't prove it, but I suspect it might be from Gorman; the designer seems to like dressing the character in that brand, and their color/pattern style seems to match.

It does not look quilted to me - those colors are printed and not pieced, and I do not see any quilting lines. The pattern is reminiscent of some quilts, but much closer to a navajo print, as Azrael says.

This is (obviously) not an exact match, but in the U.S. we might think of this style as "Pendleton", if we were using brand names (as others have noted, the inspiration looks like it might be Southwestern Native American).

A little bit of a different angle, but style-wise, the cut and color remind me of African Dutch wax print bomber jackets.
