#malefashionfilter: Replacement for American Apparel 50/50 t-shirts?

Aside from buying American Apparel 50/50 t-shirts off eBay, where can I find the most similar replacement that's still being made?
Hello from my tall and skinny husband's personal shopper :) He is 6'3", 160lbs, and has worn size M American Apparel 50/50 (preferred over triblend) t-shirts for the past decade, but they're finally starting to wear out. Could use a smidge more room in the shoulders, but the slim sleeves, slim body, and body length are the important parts of the fit. He's got a long torso even for his height.
I know I can track down some deadstock on eBay, but is there a good replacement that's still being made? Price is no object if quality matches up; for example, he bought a few Vuori t-shirts for the softness of the fabric but complains that they're "too stretchy" and still prefers his old AA t-shirts.
