Flight over Ukraine what is it.

As I write this Flight Radar24 is showing a Rada Belorussian cargo plane flying over Ukraine from roughly the Kursk Russia area to Moldova. I do not see this plane on the ADS-b exchange, it's going like a bat out of hell, any idea what this is? I thought the air space was pretty no-go. FR24 says it's at 32000 feet.

Response by poster: After google search and some time, someone on the bird sound site says it was GPS spoofing so...I guess that's it, if anyone has any info to add feel free but I think that's the answer. Relieved, seemed like a possible bad thing getting ready to happen.

1. Thank you for posting this. 2. Sorry I was no help. 3. The update is also appreciated.

I would expect any military or quasi-military aircraft in a conflict space to not use ADS-B/out at all, or send garbled output to confuse observers.

My son once found a plane from Ukraine going to the states, I think DC. (I think it was Air Force one? In some manner that it really stood out as a flight plan) and we thought it was some weird glitch and then later that day Zelenskyy popped up in the news as being in DC and gave a speech. We were all really stunned. So, sometimes it’s legit!
