Ladies and gentlemen...a red hot chili pepper!

My fresno chili plant has one fabulous chili ripe and ready to go. What should I make with it?
I'm a novice gardener, and I've nearly killed this plant at least twice. Yet its will to live has proven stronger than my inexperience. It now has one fiery red chili, and I am insanely proud of it. I want to make something that really celebrates this acheivement, but most recipes I see call for many chilis, not just one.
What's something fun I can make with one fresno chili?

infuse in oil & vinegar for a teeny tiny bottle of hot sauce?
This principle, but reduce it down to just a couple tablespoons of oil, a few drops of vinegar, and tiny amounts of fresh garlic and ginger to taste. Maybe a drop or two of honey if you like sweetness. I'd skip the MSG.
Decant into tiny bottle or little container with a lid. Keep in fridge.

I'm not so sure about this ground meat filling recipe but I like the idea of making one batch of meat filling and using it in a varity of tapas including one beautiful grilled stuffed Fresno pepper. I'd probably use beef, cheddar, maybe shredded zucchini and spices, and make stuffed zucchini to grill along with the pepper.

Congratulations on your pepper! It's simple, but I always find scrambled eggs a good way to showcase a pepper's flavor without having to wait for a bigger batch. Cheese optional

Dry it in the oven...then use a mortar and pestle to make it into a powder. Its going to be a tiny amount, but it will be potent and you can add it on anything.

I would be tempted to slice it in half longways and make two especially excellent jalapeƱo (but Fresno) pepper poppers.

I'd fry it dry on a pan and add it to a salsa where most of the flavor and heat come from dried chiles

A grilled cheese and red chili sandwich.
Roast it to peel the tough skin off of it, slide it lengthwise, seed and stem it, and use it in a grilled cheese sandwich.
