Can anyone point me to a specific video of a police stop interaction?

I'm looking for a specific video of a police stop and the interaction between the driver and a police officer. It is a video filmed by the driver, not a body cam. Details of what I remember are inside.
Based on this information, can anyone help me find this video?
1. The driver makes a point of keeping his window completely closed or barely cracked open to speak to the police officer or to show him documents. The cop is shining a flashlight through the window at times.
2. The driver has a weird way of speaking, either an accent or a cadence to his speech that is notable.
3. I think it eventually comes out from the conversation that the cop pulled him over because he had yelled profanities while driving past the police officer.
4. I think he was pulled over near a gas station (in the background of the video).
5. I think the driver may have had a concealed weapon with him which is briefly noticeable in the video.
6. I think the driver is eventually let go without any ticket or arrest.
If anyone has more questions, I can try to come up with more memories that I have about this video.

I watched the video. Interesting.
Driver indicates that English is not his native language. He did randomly yell at the cop(s) as he drove past a traffic stop. He does have a concealed weapon and the permit for it and apparently took a class on owning a weapon with a conceal permit. He knew he had to display the permit, but not the weapon. Displaying the permit implied he had a weapon on him.
He also kept saying he did not answer questions. When the officer asked him another question, he responded with, "Didn't I say I don't answer questions?"
As for #6, he is given some sort of official warning to use his turn signal which can be heard on the driver's dash cam video. No ticket or arrest.
At the very end, the narrator indicates they are waiting for the dash cam and body cam videos to be released. Are those posted anywhere? Did this guy ever file suit? If so, where does that suit stand?

At one point the driver says that he does not answer questions.
And whenever the cop asks him a question, the driver says, “What did I tell you about how I don’t answer questions?”.
