What is the book about nutrition that I had as a kid in the 80s?

I used to have a book about food and nutrition and I would love for my kids to be able to read it too. I was born in 1979 and I was about 8 when I remember reading it. I have searched and haven't been able to figure out what it was.

Details I remember:
- Paperback and printed on that flecked kind of newsprint paper.
- In the style of Ten Speed Press or possibly Brown Paper School.
- Line drawing illustrations with no color.
- Had chapters on different topics. I remember the one about overeating was illustrated by a picture of Diamond Jim Brady.
- Topics were things like digestion, different vitamins and what they do, nutrients in food, etc.

Is this ringing a bell for anyone else? I feel like I would have kept it but haven't seen it in my boxes of books from when I was a kid.

Best answer: Oddly it’s right next to me: Good for me, all about food in 32 bites, by Marilyn Burns. It’s a Brown Paper School book and the Diamond Jim illustration is there, I checked.

Response by poster: Amazing! Thank you!!! I saw that but didn't think it was it because I don't remember a color cover! It's less than $5 at Thrift Books so I'm going to try it.

The interior is monochrome (brown ink, light brown paper). I hope it’s all you remembered :)

Response by poster: The version I got from Thrift Books is exactly the one I had, with just the kid in the center in color and the rest of the people in monochrome! I recognized it immediately!
