recs for all-inclusive hotel in southern italy

it's post pandemic smorgasboard of significant extended family events that deserve to be celebrated. pls help us find a mid market all inclusive by the sea in southern italy or sicily. we are around 17 people grazi

there's a Club Med in Cefalu, generally a reliable brand, I haven't stayed there myself tho.

It was nearly 20 years ago but I had a great time with family at Hotel Romantica in Sant'Angelo on Ischia -- wonderful food, very warm friendly staff, amazing view, lovely spa pools. Rooms weren't lush but were clean and comfortable enough.
