What's this fashion style called and where can I get more of it?`

Pinterest served up this image to me while I was looking for solar punk character designs, and I love it. What's this vibe called and where can I find more of it for less than $50 per item? The store this outfit came from is rather pricy.
Yes- it's the Lagenlook (or "layered look") style you want to search for.
Lagenlook may sound like a made-up word, but its style is very relatable. The style originated in Germany and the term, ‘lagenlook’ is a German word that translates to ‘layering look’ in English. Lagenlook is all about mixing and matching various pieces and getting creative with them. Here are a few must-have items that will help you achieve the effect.
Asymmetrical tops and tunics
Genie pants
Leggings or jeans
Oversized accessories
Statement scarves
Clothing with built in layers and mix and match fabrics
Waterfall jackets and cardigans
Lace details tops and dresses that can be layered over or beneath other garments
Anything with a naturally layered cut

Interesting that this style has a term. I did not know this word.
I see an open caftan worn over a tank dress or tunic — it looks like it might be A-line. Underneath are pants. There is a crinkle silk scarf around the waist. I can’t tell the material of the beads — they might be fabric.
My generation might call this boho or artsy/eclectic dressing. You can find these caftans at all price points. There is an influencer who often buys them from swimsuit brands to wear in everyday life.

Eileen Fisher (pricy) have these types of separates that are in natural fibers and cut in a relaxed style, sometimes asymmetric. If you look for natural fibers, natural prints, blended or subdued colors, “one-of-a-kind” artisan jewelry in natural or free form shapes — often jewelry is big, not delicate.

Search "kaftan" or "Jersey dress" on Amazon for cheaper options. Otherwise, Poshmark might be your best bet, although it's still going to be difficult to find anything under $50 per piece.

For what it’s worth, if you decide to buy, I love my Gudrun clothing, it’s really great quality. They do have very good sales at turn of season, think you can get on a mailing list for them. And it does turn up on Poshmark sometimes.

I think the Gudrun Sjoden style is kind of a thing all its own, but there are some adjacent and related terms that you can search to get a lot of similar items and more affordable brands. I'm finding a lot of stores and looks that seem related by trying searches that combine the following: eclectic, natural fibers, menocore (I didn't coin this!), nordic fashion, swedish fashion, loose, sustainable/organic fashion, minimalist cuts, edgy. (Plus the terms others have mentioned in their answers -- especially Eileen Fisher-like.) That said, I haven't yet come across one with a simple descriptive term for the generic style.
Honestly trying to come up with the name for this is really inspiring me this morning, and I am finding so much cool stuff. Thank you for asking this question!

Keep an eye out for items advertised as "coastal grandma." While this summer's buzzword is not a perfect match, there's some overlap in the flowing layered look. Soft Surroundings may also be worth looking at.

You know what's worth looking at for this stuff? Ebay is worth looking at! Every piece in this outfit has been in fashion off and on for most of the last fifty years. For key pieces you might want to shell out for something new that is exactly what you want, but for fill in pieces you can certainly look for tunics, long silk scarves, wide legged pants, etc second hand.
A lot of lagenlook brands make high quality stuff that is not tight (so no wearing out from stretch) and worn by people who aren't exactly going to mountain bike in it (so not a lot of wearing out from wearing) and if you search "lagenlook" on ebay you will find many things. These tend to be designed to fit a range of bodies, so as long as the measurements look plausible it will fit you.
Brands-wise, on ebay there a brand selling as Tienda Ho Tienda Ho, a slightly unfortunate name in contemporary US English but a purveyor of good quality rayon garments. Styles are a bit hit and miss but I got a wide-legged pair of pants from them as a present for a friend and they were very nice.

Whenever anyone brings up Eileen Fisher, I like to remind them of the "cheaper" version which is j.jill. They have very regular extra 25%/40%/even 60% off their sale items which is when I buy because I am very very cheap (for giant corp clothes, but LOVE paying $ for small businesses or ethical fashion, etc) . Their sizes skew large so if you are very small you might be out of luck, but I find their quality quite high and have had many pieces last for a very long time.
That said, while I really love this style you want, I need a stylist to put it together or to purchase an "outfit". It feels HARD. (See my recent question/ foray into what I call house jumpsuits (as opposed to house dresses. I may....wear one out soon?)

Target has a new line called Knox Rose that's sort of a knock-off version of Gudrun Sjödén. MUJI clothes sort of fit this look as well, although they generally look shapeless and bag-like.

As a sometime seamstress, lagenlook (menocore! Yes!) will look better or worse depending on the fabric, especially when you’re moving. I’d be looking for fluid but not limp, moderately opaque, low ish friction material - even in synthetics, fabric that does all of this isn’t the cheapest fabric. And that’s before getting a lot of colors and prints to work together.
Frowner's point that the fabric and cut together make these durable garments is very good.

Also search Wabi-Sabi - a Japanese aesthetic that values simple, imperfect, asymmetrical, and ephemeral things.

If you have time and like combing through lots of pictures to find the right pieces, the Zulily shopping site has lots of variations on this theme. Check shipping times & return policies. I like this look, too, and immediately recognized the Gudrun style. Her fabulous prints & color combos are unique & won’t be easy to replicate, but you might find some things that work for you.

Came back to say that one great thing about the Gundrun Sjoden catalog is that both online & print versions have sketches of the clothes along with measurements. The pics of models wearing the clothes are lovely, but the sketches help you really understand the shape of the piece, its ratio of measurements, how many & where the seams are, & more. This info will help identify similar pieces from other brands. Order the catalog—it is beautifully produced. It’s free & a great source of inspiration.

I found out about the UK brand Forgotten Tribes from the blue and I've loved everything I've purchased. They have symmetrical layering pieces and fun prints, and so far everything has been machine washable.
