Same website, same operating system, same browser, different content.

I made some changes to a website I manage. Caches have been cleared. Computers 1 and 2 are MacBook Pros both running the same version of the OS and fully updated chrome. On computer 1, the changes appear correctly. On computer 2, the updates do not appear. More weirdness within.

On Computer 1, if I use incognito mode, the changes no longer appear- it shows the out of date information.
On friend's Computer 3, the website appears correctly on safari and NOT on chrome. But Safari doesn't work on Computers 1 and 2.
It doesn't work on Firefox anywhere.
Finally, if this makes a difference: I updated eight pages, one after another. The first three managed to update everywhere, the final five did not.

Using managed wordpress, hosted on godaddy.
I am not a web dev. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do next. Halp!

I've had this exact same problem on our website at work (also Wordpress, also on go daddy), and I have no tips. But it did right itself by the next day.

Best answer: You say caches have been cleared. Did you clear caches on the GoDaddy side too, or just on the computer?

Response by poster: Thank you, primethyme! That did the trick. I did not know there was a cache on the back end, too.

It's caches all the way down.
