Can I eat it? Salmon-avocado rolls refrigerated since Friday night?

I ordered sushi friday night. I put what I thought were just dynamite rolls (i.e. cooked) in the friday immediately on delivery. Turns out there were also salmon avocado rolls in there (raw salmon). It's now Sunday lunchtime. Can I eat the salmon rolls?
How long was the gap between the order being ordered (or labeled as ready for delivery if you have that info available) and it being delivered? If it was only in transit for 20 minutes I'd probably eat it without a lot of concern. If it was in a delivery car for an hour I'd me a lot less interested in it.
What's the food safety rating of the restaurant? A lot of contamination happens during the preparation phase. If they're squeaky clean that's more reassuring.

If you are at all worried, sushi (like any raw fish) can be cooked. Just pop them in your toaster oven for a minute or so - it will be a different flavor, but still tasty.

Yeah, I would cook it. If it's something likely to hold together, I like to get a nonstick pan medium hot, brush it with oil, and just brown one side of each slice - that little bit of salmon cooks in a second. Otherwise turn it into a baked roll with a brush or drizzle of mayo across the top and stick it in the air fryer, toaster oven, or oven until the salmon turns cloudy.
