What is the original source of the background music used from about 8:59–9:17 in this video?

I know I've heard this recordings of this piece performed by more conventional orchestral instruments rather than cheesy '60 synths, but I cannot pull the original source out of my brain.

Best answer: The Elephant Never Forgets by Jean-Jacques Perrey - a little more about the composer - based on Beethoven's Turkish March as above, however.

Response by poster: Beethoven's Turkish March was definitely the piece my brain was fumbling for, but props to rongorongo for digging up the original version of the synthesized version as well!
